We ship TOYTO toys worldwide. If we are unable to ship your order to your country (this is rare, but it does happen), we will notify you and issue a refund.

Shipping costs depending on the country. You can find out the cost at checkout.

We will carefully pack and ship your order within 1-2 days after you place your order.

Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 business days, within Europe 7 days, and within America 12 days.

During the holiday season, shipping times may be longer. Weather conditions, strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances may also increase shipping times. We are unable to control these factors.

The shipping price does not include any import costs or other taxes, which will always be borne by the buyer.

We hope you love your TOYTO delivery. If you change your mind, you are free to return the toys to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel and we will refund you the full cost of all items. You only need to pay for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable parcel service for added security.

Once we receive the product, we will refund you within 7 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.


If we made a mistake regarding your order or sent you a damaged toy, we can make a full refund or exchange the faulty goods. And we will assume the shipping cost.
